Sandi, I am delighted to be your friend. Also delighted to tell you about POM. Unfortunately it is s very big subject which you may not wish to pursue.
If you will go to the POM Education group and read the older posts there they will tell you in some detail about POM. Naturally, I think the topic is fascinating but I'm more than a little unusual.
